About the Role
Omnia Resourcing is looking for an experienced and ambitious Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Derby.

We are a people-first recruitment business with a growing national presence, looking for a relationship-focused consultant to help develop our permanent recruitment offering, grow their own desk and deliver an outstanding service to clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify and win new business opportunities to grow your desk.
Manage the full 360° permanent recruitment process, from business development and taking client briefs through to candidate sourcing, interviews and successful placements.
Build and maintain a strong network of quality candidates.
Match the right candidates to the right opportunities.
Deliver an honest, professional and high-quality service to clients and candidates.
Take ownership of your market, develop your desk and achieve commercial targets.
Requirements
Previous experience in permanent recruitment, ideally within a 360° recruitment role.
A proven track record of developing client relationships and winning new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A commercial mindset with the ambition to build a successful and profitable desk.
A proactive, professional and results-driven approach.
A genuine passion for recruitment and a belief that people should always come first.
