Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire project teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality
• Manage customer relationships and supply chain partners
• Oversee preconstruction activities and develop workable programmes
• Interpret contract documents, programmes, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure delivery meets safety, cost, time, and quality targets
• Coordinate diverse teams including employees, consultants, and partners
• Lead handover and post-project closeout activities

Key requirements

• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Customer-facing experience
• Ability to control costs, timing, and quality against targets
• Strong technical skills interpreting contract documents, programmes, drawings, and specifications
• Experience managing diverse teams including direct employees, consultants, and supply chain partners
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work certification
• SMSTS certificate
• Valid driving licence
