Business Change Service Lead

Overview

In this role you lead the delivery of transformational change initiatives within a global, multidisciplinary Delivery team. You will manage the Business Change service, shaping methodologies and artefacts for successful outcomes aligned with Arup’s Total Design and Excellence objectives. You’ll work across countries and cultures to drive value realisation from strategic change programmes. Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of transformational change from strategy to plan within global programmes
• Manage a global team of change professionals and mature the change service framework
• Maintain and develop change methodologies and artefacts to support delivery
• Engage in communities of practice and skills networks to promote continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, Architects, PMs, and PMO to support prioritised projects and programmes
• Support achievement of broader group strategy and Value through change initiatives

Key requirements

• Experience delivering projects with tangible business outcomes and benefits realisation
• Strong understanding of the change life cycle and familiarity with APM or Prosci/ADKAR
• Experience leading diverse, global teams across multiple locations and time zones
• Ability to manage transformation initiatives within wider programmes that support organisational strategy
• Knowledge of change methodologies and ability to mature a change service framework
