  • Answer telephone calls, take accurate messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
  • Maintain and organise legal files, records, inventories, databases, and document management systems.
  • Assist with file opening procedures, compliance checks, and administrative legal processes.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes when required, and follow up on action points.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics for Directors as required.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, legal professionals, and third parties to facilitate the smooth progression of matters.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support Directors with operational projects, business initiatives, and ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Ensure all administrative and legal support activities are completed accurately and efficiently.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Legal Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant, Legal Secretary, or similar role within a law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, legal procedures, court systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional diary and calendar management experience.
  • Strong document production, proofreading, and typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
