Account Director – Hybrid: Risk & Growth Leader

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) is seeking a hybrid role professional to support both account management and production responsibilities, handling renewal/retention and new business goals.

The role may involve supervision of others and coordination across development and client acquisition, delivering high levels of service to assigned accounts. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a required license and ideally hold CPCU, CIC or ARM designations.
