Solihull’s Real PCS Ltd is seeking caring and reliable Care & Support Workers to provide person-centred care in clients’ homes and local communities in Solihull. No prior care experience is required as a comprehensive induction and ongoing support are provided.
Role involves 1:1 support, helping clients maintain independence, and working flexible hours across a two-week rota. Full-time and part-time positions available with a driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
