An established, internationally recognised property and construction consultancy is looking to strengthen its Manchester Building Surveying team with the appointment of a Senior Building Surveyor.

The Role
The successful candidate will join the Built Asset Consultancy team, supporting the delivery of professional building surveying services across a varied portfolio of instructions.
The position offers exposure to a broad range of consultancy work, with opportunities to develop technical expertise, build client relationships and progress professionally.
About You
We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have:
- Experience working within a building surveying consultancy environment.
- Strong technical building surveying knowledge.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering surveying instructions.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience operating at Senior Building Surveyor level or readiness to progress into a senior position.
