INEOS Aromatics is seeking a commercially minded European Sales Manager (m/f/d) to lead a portfolio of strategic customers across Europe. You will build long-term partnerships, drive profitable growth, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations, and Logistics to ensure exceptional service and execution of commercial plans.

The role requires managing key accounts, leading negotiations, developing account strategies, and traveling across Europe (50-80%).
