Senior Real Estate Investments Lead

West Midlands Combined Authority is seeking a Senior Manager – Investments to lead complex real estate investment transactions from appraisal through to handover. You will apply rigorous financial modelling, structuring and due diligence to deliver high-quality investment outcomes for the West Midlands region.

You will chair negotiations with developers, lenders and institutional investors, prepare business cases for investment boards, and help shape WMCA’s funding strategies and governance.
