Job Description Air Conditioning Engineer n Henfield n Permanent n £35,000–£50,000 n Workshop Recruitment is supporting a growing engineering business with an opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer. The role is predominantly commercial, with around 80% of the work carried out across commercial properties. n This Air Conditioning Engineer position has arisen through business expansion and will focus mainly on service and maintenance, with installation and breakdown work also required. n Key Responsibilities n n Service and maintain commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems. n Diagnose faults and complete efficient repairs. n Install split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and packaged systems. n Complete job reports and service documentation accurately. n Ensure work complies with F-Gas and health and safety requirements. n Provide technical advice and professional customer service. n Manage van stock, tools and equipment effectively. n Communicate clearly with customers and office staff. n n Skills & Knowledge Required n n Minimum 3 years’ air conditioning installation and servicing experience. n NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or equivalent. n F-Gas Category 1 certification. n Strong knowledge of split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and packaged systems. n Confident fault-finding and repair skills. n Full UK driving licence, ideally with a clean driving record. n CSCS card preferred. n Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach. n n Benefits n n Competitive salary depending on experience. n Company van and fuel card. n Mobile phone/tablet for job management. n Tools and uniform provided. n 20 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service). n Pension scheme. n Ongoing training and development opportunities n n n JBRP1_UKTJ
