Senior Product Manager – Tech, Global App Experience, Global App Experience Client team (Living Room and Web)

Overview

As Senior Product Manager- Tech for the Prime Video App Experience, you shape PV experiences across living room, web and mobile, driving cross-client initiatives and a clear product roadmap. You collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and leadership to deliver customer-centric features at scale. You’ll blend data-driven decision making with technical judgment to influence tech choices and deliver end-to-end product delivery in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Own and drive roadmap strategy and definition for PV app experiences across platforms (living room, web, mobile)
• Lead cross-functional initiatives like telemetry excellence and customer retention
• Develop strategy and vision, and create a product roadmap to execute on that vision
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, content acquisition, and executive teams to bring products to market
• Grow product opportunities and enhance customer experience

Key requirements

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
• Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience with end to end product delivery
