Taylor Wimpey is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee the technical assessment and settlement pathway under the Developer Remediation Contract (DRC). You will coordinate Fire Risk Assessments, compartmentation surveys and related life safety information with Responsible Entities, freeholders and agents.
You will develop position papers, challenge unsupported claims and support settlement negotiations with governance discipline and stakeholder collaboration.
