Agincare in Wareham is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live independently. You will provide person-centred support, personal care, and assist with daily activities, outings, and holidays in a community setting.
The role emphasises building trusted relationships, promoting safety and wellbeing, and delivering care plans with accurate record-keeping. Training up to QCF Level 5 is offered.
