Senior Charge Nurse — Mental Health Rehab Leader

NHS Dumfries and Galloway is seeking a Senior Charge Nurse to lead our newly redesigned Mental Health Rehabilitation Service in Scotland. This role focuses on a recovery‑focused model of care to maximise independence and support individuals through their recovery journey.

You will provide clinical and operational leadership, work collaboratively with service users, carers and multidisciplinary teams, and help shape a modern rehabilitation pathway across Dumfries and Galloway to improve outcomes
