We’re Hiring: Product Manager – Vertical ERP Software

We’re partnering with an established international software group to recruit an ERP Product Manager to lead the product roadmap strategy for two specialist ERP solutions for discreet manufacturing within its European business.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of product direction, influence strategic priorities and ensure that product development reflects real customer needs, commercial objectives and market opportunities.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing and developing the roadmaps for two established ERP products, working closely with senior leadership, R&D and customer-facing teams.
Your focus will be on building a structured, evidence-led product management process that connects customer requirements with development priorities and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain rolling 12–18-month product roadmaps for two specialist ERP solutions.
- Gather and evaluate customer feedback, market insights and commercial requirements to identify product priorities.
- Make informed roadmap decisions based on customer value, business impact, strategic alignment and development capacity.
- Work closely with R&D teams to define requirements, manage priorities and track delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support and Professional Services to ensure product development meets customer needs.
- Contribute to shared applications and capabilities used across multiple ERP products.
- Communicate roadmap priorities, progress and decisions to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support product releases and ensure internal teams are prepared to communicate new capabilities to customers.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role within mid-market ERP or business software.
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps from customer requirements through to prioritisation and delivery.
- Strong ability to turn complex customer feedback into clear, actionable product decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including R&D, commercial and customer-facing functions.
- A structured, analytical approach to product planning and prioritisation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional experience that would be valuable:
- ERP solutions supporting manufacturing, textiles, production or costing.
- Working within a multi-product or international software organisation.
- Shared platforms, applications or product modernisation initiatives.
- Customer advisory programmes or structured customer feedback processes.
- Exposure to AI-enabled product capabilities.
