The Role

As a Real Estate Development Associate, you will:

• Advise on major regeneration, development and broader commercial property matters.
• Act for major public and private sector clients, including local authorities and housing providers.
• Take responsibility for significant elements of complex, high-value projects.
• Work closely with senior lawyers and teams across the wider firm.
• Build strong client relationships and develop your own profile and network.
• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.

About You

You will ideally have:

• 4+ years’ PQE with experience in commercial property and/or residential development.
• Strong experience of property development, regeneration or complex projects.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach, with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach and an interest in developing client relationships and business development skills.
