Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Infra, Peterborough

Fairmead are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a long-term infrastructure project in Peterborough. This permanent, site-based role offers £60,000–£80,000 plus a package.

The successful candidate will run the commercial function on a major project, handling valuations, cost reporting, final accounts, and subcontract procurement, while managing NEC4 contracts with the client and supply chain.
