Head of IT Service Delivery (Hybrid)

Xeinadin Group is seeking a Head of Service in Manchester to lead the IT services function across the UK & Ireland. You will establish a single operating model, drive service standards, and act as senior escalation point for service issues.

The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, governance experience, and a proven ability to transform service delivery across multi-site operations. A strategic partner and trusted advisor to ExCo, you will shape service reporting and improvements.
