Quality & Compliance Manager – GDP/H&S Leader

IPS (Part of the Culina Group) is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Compliance and H&S functions and ensure GDP compliance across the site in the UK. You will maintain the Quality Management System, manage audits and CAPA, and act as primary contact for MHRA and client audits while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires 3-5 years as RP with GDP/H&S expertise, strong attention to detail, and effective communication to manage change, validation, recalls, and training across the team
