365 People are recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for an established general haulage operation based in the Minworth area.
This is a temp to perm opportunity only, with the client looking to increase their core driver fleet and bring reliable drivers into the business on a permanent basis.
The Role
You’ll be completing general haulage work using curtain-side vehicles, with a mixture of straightforward day shifts and occasional nights out depending on preference and business requirements.
- AM and PM shifts available
- General haulage on AM
- Trunking to ports on PM
- Curtain side work
- Day shifts generally up to 12 hours, Night shifts will be 8-10 hours
- Nights out available for drivers who want them
- Dedicated vehicle once settled into the role
- Ongoing work with a genuine permanent opportunity
Pay Rates
£17.50–£18.00 per hour, depending on shift.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid HGV Class 1 / C+E licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 1 experience
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Looking for a long-term, permanent opportunity
This would suit a driver who wants to settle into a regular role, get familiar with the operation and eventually have their own dedicated vehicle.
