Pay Rates
PAYE
Monday to Friday:
£19.46 per hourSaturday:
£21.92 per hourSunday & Bank Holidays:
£28.41 per hour
PAYE with Optional Rolled Up Holiday Pay
Monday to Friday:
£21.81 per hourSaturday:
£24.57 per hourSunday & Bank Holidays:
£31.84 per hourRolled up holiday pay is available as an option on this contract, allowing you to receive your holiday pay within your hourly rate. Alternatively, holiday can be accrued separately if preferred.
The Role
As a
HGV Class 1 Night Driver , you will be responsible for completing store deliveries across the region while representing both Pure Staff and our client professionally at all times.Typical duties include:Delivering products to retail storesOperating a tail lift safely and efficientlyRoll cage deliveries with roll-on, roll-off handlingCompleting all POD and delivery documentation accuratelyCarrying out daily vehicle checksMaintaining excellent customer service standards on siteComplying with all driver hours, WTD and road transport regulationsThis role does involve physical work and handball duties, therefore applicants must be comfortable moving roll cages and carrying out manual handling tasks.

8-12 hoursOngoing, regular work availableAdditional shifts and overtime opportunities may be available
Requirements

HGV Class 1 Night Driver
position, you must have:Full UK Category C+E LicenceValid CPC Qualification CardDigital Tachograph CardMinimum of 6 months Class 1 driving experience preferredGood knowledge of driver hours and working time regulationsProfessional and reliable attitudeStrong customer service skills
