HGV Class 1 Day Driver Duties
As an
HGV Class 1 Day Driver , your responsibilities will include:Completing 5-8 deliveries and collections per dayDelivering palletised freight to commercial customersOperating tail lift equipment safelyCollecting empty cages from delivery locationsCompleting POD and delivery documentation accuratelyConducting daily vehicle checksProviding excellent customer service on siteMaintaining a professional image at all timesWorking in line with drivers’ hours and transport regulationsThis role sits within the fast-paced logistics industry and offers a varied working day with plenty of customer interaction.
