Product Governance Lead: FCA PROD & Customer Outcomes

Hastings Direct is seeking to strengthen its Product Governance oversight to ensure FCA PROD, Consumer Duty and ICOBS compliance across the product lifecycle. The role focuses on robust governance, evidence-based decision making and clear documentation of outcomes for products and distributions.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Underwriting and Product teams to ensure accurate substantiation of product changes, annual reviews and fair value assessments in a dynamic insurance market.
