Strategic UK Residential Asset Manager

CBRE Investment Management seeks an experienced asset management leader responsible for the performance of a portfolio of UK residential assets, including build-to-rent, single family housing and affordable housing.

You will drive commercial, operational and sustainability outcomes in line with each fund’s strategy and business plans, and support new housing project mobilisation from underwriting through onboarding and stabilisation.
