Senior Quantity Surveyor – Healthcare & Public Sector Cost

Aldwych Consulting Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Cost Management team. You will work on healthcare, public sector and estate transformation projects and provide robust cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead cost planning, reporting and procurement advice, manage contracts (JCT/NEC) and mentor junior staff while building strong client relationships. MRICS status or commitment to chartership is preferred.
