Nighttime Welfare Officer (Part-Time, 16 hrs/wk)

Incipio Group is seeking a Part Time Welfare Officer for 16 hours per week to work with the Management Team at Canary Wharf venues. You will monitor guests, identify vulnerability, assist with refusal of alcohol, and coordinate with SIA Door Supervisors to keep everyone safe.

You must be first-aid and conflict management trained, reliable and calm, with experience in late-night venues. The role includes supporting after hours dispersal, logging interventions, and helping guests get home safely.
