Senior Healthcare Assistant – Ward Support & Patient Care

The Senior Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker (Band 3) will be an integral member of the ward team, under close supervision of a registered practitioner, delivering personal and clinical care. You will perform clinical observations and follow SOPs to support safe, compassionate patient care.

Protecting privacy and dignity, you will help colleagues, participate in emergencies, monitor intake and mobility, and ensure effective infection control while promoting patient comfort and wellbeing.
