Mobile Care Assistant – Travel‑Reimbursed, Flexible Shifts

McCarthy & Stone Ltd. is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team in Halifax and surrounding areas.

This field-based role involves travelling between developments to deliver Personal Care and Domestic services, with an emphasis on companionship, wellbeing activities and tailored support for older adults. You will work closely with the Field Care Supervisor and Managers to ensure high standards of care, cleanliness and safety across communities.
