YMCA North Tyneside is seeking a dedicated Housing Support Coordinator in North Tyneside to help residents achieve independent living.
You will assess needs, review safety plans, and act as lead case worker for a group of residents, coordinating Support Workers and apprentice staff to deliver tailored, person-centred support in a supportive housing environment.
Applicants should have significant care experience, be flexible to travel, and hold IT literacy; DBS checks will be conducted.
