Children’s Community Nurse: Lead Complex Home Care & MDT

Queen Elizabeth Hospital is seeking a Community Children’s Nurse (CCN) to deliver high-level specialist care to children with complex needs in the community setting. You will support families at home, teach carers, and coordinate home care as part of a MDT approach.

Role includes managing wound reviews, home IV antibiotics, and liaising with the multidisciplinary team to update and evaluate individual care plans.
