Night Shift Lead Care Assistant – 12-Hour Shifts & Growth

PSRSolutions in Carlisle is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant for a permanent, night-shift role. You will work 12-hour nights (20:00–08:00) delivering person-centred care and guiding a care team to maintain high standards.

Salary is £15.50 per hour, equivalent to £35,464 per annum, with a choice of day or night shifts and opportunities for ongoing development. Applicants should have N/SVQ Level 3 (or working towards) and be eligible to work in the UK.
