Connected Health in Antrim is seeking a Rapid Responder to support safe, high-quality home care across the allocated Trust zone. You will work with the Registered Manager to launch new services, assist with hospital discharges and care package mobilisations.
This role requires flexibility, strong English communication, and a proactive, empathetic approach. A full driving licence and access to a car are essential to travel between clients’ homes and service areas.
