Dialysis Healthcare Assistant – 37.5h, Varied Shifts & Training

Fresenius Medical Care in Carmarthen is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join the Dialysis Unit. The role supports a Registered Nurse by preparing, restoring and maintaining treatment areas and equipment to ensure a safe environment for patients, relatives and visitors.

The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with shifts Mon-Sat 06:30–17:30. A healthcare background and NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care are preferred; strong computer and people skills are essential.
