School Health Associate & Public Health Advocate

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a School Nursing Associate to join the Healthy Families 0-19 service in Thurrock. You will lead public health promotion activities in school and community settings, supporting the health and wellbeing of children, young people and families.

You will need Nursery Nurse or Nurse Associate qualifications or relevant experience, and a current driving licence to travel between health centres and schools across Thurrock.
