Lead Children’s Residential Care Team

Portman Recruitment’s client in Willington, County Durham, is seeking an experienced Team Leader for an Ofsted-registered children’s residential home. The role combines leadership with hands-on care, supervising Residential Support Workers to maintain a safe, nurturing environment for young people.

You will ensure compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, contribute to care and risk plans, and work closely with social workers and local authorities.
