Health & Social Care Assessor – Hybrid Role with Travel

t2 Group is recruiting for a Health and Social Care Assessor to support learners working towards apprenticeship qualifications across workplace settings in Cambridge and surrounding areas. The role combines remote delivery with planned workplace visits.

You will coach and assess learners, helping them develop knowledge, skills and behaviours to complete their programme, manage your own diary, and meet performance targets. Driving is required.
