JOB DESCRIPTION:
My client who are an exciting Facilities Management company are looking for a Fabric Engineer to cover a large commercial building in Speke. They are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer who has ideally worked in a previous maintenance role and has PPM experience. They are looking for someone from an all round handyperson background. This is a great opportunity with the opportunity to progress.
This role is a permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday. Standard hours are 8am – 5pm however flexibility is offered (earlier start if desired). Overtime is available but not mandatory.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Planned and preventative maintenanceLooking after the fabric of the building including:Minor JoineryMinor plasteringPainting (touching up)PPM checks, water flushing, fire extinguishers etcCarrying out work safely and efficientlyBuilding relationships with client and contractors on site

Experienced Fabric Engineer / HandypersonPPM experienceMulti SkilledReliable and can work as a team
On offer is a salary from £32,000 – £35,000 + holidays. Overtime is available.
