Machine Operator I — Lean Focus, Training & ESOP

Evapco is seeking a Machine Operator I to set up and operate production equipment, following established guidelines and specifications. You will work with computer-controlled machines and adjust settings to complete tasks on time, reporting to a supervisor.

The role requires 0–1 year of general work experience and a focus on quality and safety. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean area, training new staff, documenting production and quality data, and meeting efficiency targets.
