Experienced SMT Technician – Full-Line PCB Assembly

Career Smart Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced SMT Technician for its electronics manufacturing team on the outskirts of Aylesbury. This hands-on role involves operating the full SMT line from paste printing to AOI, reflow and final inspection, ensuring high quality and strict ESD controls.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ SMT experience, soldering and rework skills, and experience handling PCBA orders end-to-end.
