Assistant Site Manager – Residential Construction Lead

untypical is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join the Delapre Point site in Northampton (NN4) on a permanent contract. You will support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, directing labour and materials to meet the production programme, and deputise when required.

You will work with Sales to ensure regular meetings and show-home inspections are completed, while ensuring the team is resourced and aligned with safety procedures.
