Senior Financial Controller & Finance Team Lead

SF Partners are recruiting a Financial Controller to own the day-to-day finance function in Coventry. You will lead the finance team, manage cash, run monthly management accounts, and collaborate with operational managers to drive profitability and reporting accuracy.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasts and balance sheet control, while coordinating year-end and regulatory compliance. Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential.
