Senior Manager, Financial Crime Transformation – Hybrid

Lloyds Banking Group in the UK is seeking a Senior Manager in Financial Crime Business Optimisation for a 12-month FTC. You will lead a team of financial crime and change specialists, embedding controls across consumer finance transformation and driving safer, sustainable growth.

You’ll translate complex risk and policy into practical, joined-up change, shape governance, and use data to prioritise and inform decisions, including AI-enabled change management.
