Central East Scotland Team Leader – Personal Support

Enable is seeking a proactive Team Facilitator for Central East Scotland to lead a committed team of Personal Assistants. You will work with the Service Manager to deliver safe, person-centred support across Stirling, Perth and Fife, including on-call cover and travel between services.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for inclusion and extensive experience in health and social care settings. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, and on-call responsibilities
