2:1 Support Worker with Driving – Ipswich

ILS Case Management is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist Jamie, a child with Cerebral Palsy and epilepsy, at his Ipswich home. You will provide 2:1 daily living support, including personal care, mobility, and activities, on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

This role involves safeguarding, teamwork with the family, potential sleep-ins, and flexible shift patterns. A full UK driving license, empathy, patience and good communication are essential.
