Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Care (Trauma-Informed)

Pharmacyupdate is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for an Ofsted-regulated children’s residential home in Leatherhead. You will lead staff, maintain safeguarding standards and promote high-quality, trauma-informed care in line with regulations.

The role offers a 50/50 split between management and direct childcare, with duties including staff management, care planning, risk assessments and liaison with social workers. Full-time, permanent position with a salary in the £40,000–£45,000 range.
