Remote CRM Lead (Klaviyo) — Master Retention & Lifecycle

The Growth Foundation, a fast‑growing DTC health and wellness brand, is seeking a hands‑on CRM Manager to own the customer lifecycle end‑to‑end using Klaviyo. You will build and optimize complex journeys, drive retention, and partner with creative teams to iterate assets based on performance.

You’ll analyse flow and cohort data to identify where revenue and margin are lost, develop strategies to reduce churn, and convert one‑time buyers into subscribers.
