Job Description:
Marks & Spencer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Support Manager to lead the fill operation and ensure the sales floor is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources to Serve, Sell and Fill and act as floor lead in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
Working pattern includes early morning shifts: Sunday 05:00-11:00, Monday 04:00-10:00, Friday 04:00-10:00, Saturday 04:00-10:00. A +£3.00 p/h unsocial premium applies between 22:00-06:00.
