Shift Lead – Customer Experience & Store Team Leader

B&Q Handforth is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee the shift and ensure a safe, smooth shopping and working environment. The role requires leading a team, deploying colleagues effectively, and acting as the first point of contact for customers and staff during the shift.

The position is part-time (20 hours per week) with a permanent contract and a competitive package including a pension and 6.6 weeks holiday. Early starts around 5am to late finishes around 8:15pm are possible.
