Traveling RGN Nurse — Lead Care Teams Across Homes

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Nurse (RGN) to travel across the region, leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering the highest quality resident care.

You’ll develop care plans tailored to each resident’s physical and mental needs, support onboarding for new residents, and mentor staff, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. A full UK driving licence is required and shifts include days and nights.
