CQC-Registered Manager — Lead Compassionate Care Home

Priory Adult Care’s Highfields home in Staffordshire is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a small residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities. The role is full-time (40 hours) with a focus on person-centred care and strong governance.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coach a dedicated team, and implement individual care plans to promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes for residents.
